Refund policy
We do not accept returns for opened fragrance products. For unopened fragrance products, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item is delivered to request a return. Please note, sample orders cannot be returned. For our garment items, you have 7 days from the date that your order is delivered to request a return. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused. Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have makeup stains and/or that smell of perfume. The item/s must be returned to our warehouse before the refund or exchange is made. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items purchased during promotional periods (using a discount/promotion code or during a sale) are eligible for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. The particular promotion in issue may have additional, more restrictive terms and conditions. We do not apply discounts on orders made previous to the start of the promotion period.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@battaglia-beverlyhills.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are not responsible if your purchase is stolen.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. All returns are subject to validation and approval at Battaglia's discretion. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
