How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our merchandise normally fits true to size, so you can match your size accordingly. We also provide sizing guides on each product page where appropriate. The item I want says it’s Out of Stock. When will it become available again?
Our items each season are exclusive and limited, and it is quite often that merchandise becomes out of stock. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 310-276-7184 if there is an item that you like that is out of stock and we will take note.
What does Final Sale mean?
Items that are marked ‘Final Sale’ are not eligible for return. These items cannot be returned for refund or web credit regardless of how much time has passed since purchase. All ’Final Sale’ items are marked as such on the product page. If you are unsure about sizing or fabric for any ’Final Sale’ item, please contact email@example.com so our sales team can help answer any questions before you place your ’Final Sale’ order.
What happens if I purchase a gift for someone that is ‘Final Sale’?
Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and therefore not eligible for return.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 310.276.7184. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your package, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and completed. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. You will be notified via email when your return package is received, and your refund has been processed.
How can I do an exchange?
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
How much does shipping cost?
Your order will automatically charge you the shipping rate based on the weight of your shipment.
Do you have alternative shipping methods to ground and overnight?
We currently only offer one shipping method through UPS (ground). If neither of these methods work for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 310-276-7184 to discuss alternatives.
Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If you list a P.O. box as your shipping method, you will be contacted for an alternative address.
Do you accept orders from international customers?
Yes. We accept orders from around the world and offer a shipping rate based on destination and weight to most countries. Unfortunately, we cannot ship fragrances internationally.
How do I return an internationally shipped order?
US Customs laws prevent us from providing shipping labels for overseas returns. Ship your return back to us however it is most convenient for you to the address on our contact page.
